Alpine brought four cars to the 2026 Goodwood Revival, presenting several sides of the brand in one display. The line-up stretched from historic rallying to modern lightweight performance, electric competition and a one-off piece of automotive art. Visitors could see the display throughout the weekend.
Trevor Jackson’s Alpine A390 Debut
The highlight was the public debut of Trevor Jackson’s interpretation of the Alpine A390, created with Alpine Design Director Antony Villain and the Alpine design team.
From a distance, the car shows bold abstract linework of thick and thin strips alongside black graphic patterns. Up close, the colours emerge and reveal a digitally inspired design. The car was lit up in the Earl’s Court building at the Goodwood Motor Circuit under the name “Array.”

The production A390 uses Alpine’s new optimised electric architecture and delivers up to 470 PS and 824 Nm. It reaches 0-62 mph in as little as 3.9 seconds. Two independent motors on the rear axle power Alpine’s Active Torque Vectoring system, which controls torque at each wheel for agility, balance and responsiveness.
Rally Heritage and Electric Competition
Alongside the A390 was the Beware of the Crocodile Alpine Lacoste A290 Rallye, a collaboration between two French brands based on Alpine Racing’s first 100 percent electric customer competition car.
An A110 Berlinette in rally specification represented the lightweight philosophy that helped Alpine win the inaugural World Rally Championship for Manufacturers in 1973.
The current-generation A110 linked that formula to its modern version. Production of this generation ended at Alpine’s Dieppe plant in July, but a limited number remain available to UK buyers through the Alpine retail network.

Nicola Burnside, Alpine UK Brand Director, said the event gave the brand a setting to show how broad its story has become. She said the A390 added something new to the display, while the A290 Rallye, Berlinette and A110 connected that creativity to the competition spirit and lightweight performance that define Alpine.
