KG Mobility to Provide KG Ladies' Open Winner 'Actian'

KG Mobility (www.kg-mobility.com) (KGM) today announced that it is offering the stylishly designed and practical new Action as the winner’s prize for the 13th KG Ladies Open, with four cars up for grabs as hole-in-one prizes.

The KG Ladies Open, now in its 13th year, is a three-round, 54-hole stroke play tournament that will be held from today through September 1 at the Thirsty Point Country Club in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, and will feature a field of 120 players.

KGM will be giving away four vehicles – a Tivoli (No. 2), a Rexton Sport Khan (No. 5), a Torres (No. 12) and a Rexton (No. 16) – to the first player to achieve a hole-in-one on all par-3 holes. The winner of the tournament will receive the grand prize (KRW 144 million) and a brand new Actyon as a secondary prize.

The winning vehicle, the Actyon, is an urban SUV with a stylish and sophisticated design and excellent space utilization for both daily and leisure activities, and is equipped with advanced comfort and safety features as standard, making it highly marketable and competitive. With more than 58,000 pre-bookings and 13,000 sales under contract, the Actyon is making waves in a sluggish automotive market.

In addition, KGM will display the Actyon and other vehicles throughout the tournament venue, including the Clubhouse and Gallery Plaza, and galleries will be able to learn more about the vehicles on-site. Tivoli, Rexton Sport Can, Torres and Rexton will also be on display at the par-3 hole with hole-in-one prizes.

“The Actyon is the perfect model to enjoy a diverse lifestyle with its high spaciousness and ample luggage space that can accommodate four golf bags and four Boston bags,” said a KGM representative. ”We will combine various vehicles that match the dynamic image of the athletes with the event to create a positive brand image.”

Since 2022, KGM has been giving away cars as prizes for the tournament’s winners and hole-in-one prizes. The 11th edition of the tournament was won by Jungmi Hwang, who received a Taurus, while Yu Na Yoo and Garam Choi received a Tivoli and Taurus, respectively, for their hole-in-one. The winner of the 12th tournament, Yeonjung Seo, also received a Torres as a prize, but unfortunately, she did not make a hole-in-one.
