Lancia has released the first images of the New Gamma, a model representing a key step in the brand’s evolution. Designed, engineered, and developed in Italy, the New Gamma is built at the Melfi plant, one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities within the Stellantis Group.
Initial vehicles are already undergoing road testing as the project moves into its final stages.
Crossover Fastback Proportions
Based on the STLA Medium platform, the Gamma is a crossover fastback marked by sleek lines and a tapered rear. At 4.67 metres long, 1.89 metres wide, and 1.66 metres tall, it was conceived to unite efficiency, functionality, and commanding road presence.
Wide Range of Powertrains
The New Gamma provides an extensive powertrain selection. A 145 HP hybrid delivers more than 1,000 km of range, while the fully electric range is structured across multiple levels—230 HP with over 540 km, 245 HP with over 740 km, and a 375 HP all-wheel drive version reaching up to 675 km.
Italian Craftsmanship for Europe

The New Gamma reinterprets Lancia’s distinctive values in a contemporary manner, embodying its most advanced expression of Italian elegance, innovation, and efficiency. Melfi production sits at the heart of the project—a model designed for the European market, made in Italy, and built to demonstrate manufacturing expertise and cutting-edge technology.
Order opening is planned after the summer, with further details to follow in the coming months.
