Mercedes-AMG is putting Brad Pitt at the centre of a new global brand campaign for the AMG GT 4-Door Coupé, titled “Too Hard to Resist” and launching in October 2026.
The car made its world premiere in Los Angeles in May, and the campaign follows an earlier kick-off event in 2025 that featured a Las Vegas stunt with a prototype. Mercedes-AMG says Pitt, as brand ambassador, represents the ambition and performance at the core of the marque.
The Story on Screen
The film is set in Los Angeles, where Pitt is in the middle of a polished film production with cameras, crew and tightly planned scenes. The AMG GT 4-Door Coupé then stops being a prop and takes over the set.

The script is abandoned, and the production turns into a playground for pure driving emotion. The tagline, according to Mercedes-AMG, speaks to the car itself: irresistible design, effortless agility and breathtaking intensity, set against a film set that depends on precise direction.
The spot was shot alongside the world premiere set by team x and production house Tony Petersen Film, with Simon McQuoid directing.
The Car Behind the Campaign

The AMG GT 4-Door Coupé sits on the new AMG Electric Architecture (AMG.EA). Three axial flux motors and directly cooled battery cells deliver up to 860 kW (1,169 hp), an output already shown in 2025 when the CONCEPT AMG GT XX set its record drive in Nardò.
