Bentley Fragrances has unveiled Become Odyssey, an Eau de Parfum that joins Become and Become Zenith as the newest chapter in the Become line. Where its siblings were pitched around telling a story and elevating a journey, Odyssey is framed around the journey itself, with the tagline “Be the Journey”.
Bentley says the fragrance draws on a spirit of adventure, with a sense of discovery and freedom at its core, and that it pushes the collection into territory defined by exploration and openness.
What It Smells Like
Perfumers Pierre Gueros and Alexandra Carlin built the composition around a contrast between bright freshness, warming spice and sensual woods. It opens with bergamot oil and fresh ginger oil, a lively, luminous start.
The heart pairs black pepper oil with a tea accord, an elegant counterpoint to the citrus above. The base settles into earthy vetiver oil, creamy sandalwood accord and enveloping musks, which Bentley describes as leaving a lasting, intense trail.
Bottle Design and Pricing
The sculptural flacon carries over the visual language of the earlier Become fragrances, here finished in soft sand-toned gradients. Bentley presents the design as its contemporary take on luxury and precision. Become Odyssey Eau de Parfum comes in a 100ml bottle with a recommended retail price of EUR 95.
