Lexus capped its IS 25th Legacy Tour with the reveal of the 2027 Lexus IS Special Appearance Package at the tour’s final stop in Miami, part of a four-city summer run marking a quarter-century of the IS sedan.
The brand has released a new Special Edition or Special Appearance Package for IS owners every year since 2022, and this latest version continues that streak, built on the IS 350 F SPORT with a new green exterior color called Envious and 19-inch black BBS forged alloy wheels. Inside, black NuLuxe seating with Ultrasuede inserts is finished with green stitching and satin chrome trim.
Powertrain and Standard Equipment
Every 2027 Lexus IS, including this special version, runs a naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 making 311 horsepower and 280 lb.-ft. of torque, available in rear-wheel drive with an eight-speed automatic or all-wheel drive paired with a six-speed automatic.
The Special Appearance Package adds F SPORT perforated NuLuxe seating with green stitching, a Handling Package with sport-tuned adaptive variable suspension, five-mode Drive Mode Select and a Torsen limited-slip rear differential on RWD models, plus a Technology Package covering Traffic Jam Assist, Lane Change Assist and Front Cross-Traffic Alert. Standard features round out with triple-beam LED headlamps, a moonroof, Intuitive Parking Assist, a panoramic view monitor, a power rear sunshade, Mark Levinson audio and a smart access key card.
Limited Availability
Lexus plans to build just 350 examples of the IS Special Appearance Package for the North American market, with cars arriving at dealerships later this year. Pricing and full specifications have not yet been announced.
