At the Van Life Expo in Bordeaux, Renault will be unveiling Renault Trafic Escapade.

Designed to meet the growing needs of travellers on the move, Trafic Escapade offers even more opportunities for adventure with a range of original equipment.

Renault Trafic Escapade is available in two trim levels – Evolution and Iconic. The grade walk includes options such as 17” alloy wheels, induction charger and a reversing camera.

It ships in two lengths with two engines and two gearboxes:

  • 150 hp Blue dCi with a manual gearbox or the new EAG9 9-speed automatic gearbox
  • 170 hp Blue dCi  with the new EAG9 9-speed automatic gearbox

Inside, Trafic Escapade features the Easy Link multimedia system with an 8” screen, wireless smartphone replication, Easy Life drawer, automatic climate control and new generation driving aids.

It ships with a double sofa-bed, folding table (included on Iconic) and two swivelling seats in row 2, plus a new kitchen module in the boot.

This module includes a built-in gas cooker, a foldaway sink with a spray attachment, a 5-litre clean water tank and ingenious storage, transforming the vehicle into a real cocoon on wheels.

In this definition, the vehicle is approved as a camper van, based on SPV classification.

Assembled at Sandouville (France), Trafic Escapade showcases French industrial expertise, with particular emphasis on perceived quality and durability.

Renault Trafic Escapade will be available in Europe in early 2026. Prices will be announced at a later date.
