Bugatti is extending its brand into real estate with Bugatti Residences Miami, the marque’s first branded residential development in the United States, developed together with Prosper Group and Belgian developer Versluys Group.

The project sits on one of Brickell’s remaining waterfront parcels along the Miami River, with access toward Biscayne Bay and proximity to Miami’s financial district, dining and arts scene. Wiebke Ståhl, Managing Director of Bugatti International, said Miami’s architecture, creative energy and global appeal made it a natural choice for the brand’s next residential project, with the goal of considering everything from design to service and daily operations as part of one unified experience.

Following Bugatti’s Dubai Debut

The Miami project follows Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai, continuing the brand’s broader push into branded residential development built around its “Art, Forme, Technique” design philosophy. Bugatti is applying the same precision and attention to detail associated with its hypercars to the residential experience, covering architecture, interiors, service, arrival and privacy as a single cohesive vision.

That vision draws on a specific set of partners: Prosper Group brings its read on Miami’s evolving luxury real estate market, Versluys Group contributes more than a century of European development experience, and the physical design comes from architecture firm Brandon Haw Architecture and interior designer Yabu Pushelberg, with Bugatti overseeing the project to keep it aligned with the brand’s values.

Prosper Group CEO Jay Roberts framed Miami as the natural home for Bugatti’s first U.S. branded residences, pointing to the city’s growing role as a hub for wealth migration and sophisticated living.

Service Built Around the Bugatti Name

Bugatti selected Rhodium, a luxury residential operator whose investors include the Monaco Royal Family and whose portfolio spans several prestigious branded developments, as the exclusive operating partner for the Miami project, tasked with delivering white-glove butler service, discretion and personalized daily living.

Versluys Group CEO Bart Versluys said his company’s century-long reputation for craftsmanship and lasting quality aligned naturally with Bugatti’s own commitment to excellence, and that combining strong development, design and a hospitality-driven operating model is meant to set a new benchmark for branded residential living.

Bugatti frames the Miami project as a new home for its “Art de Vivre” philosophy, with the development set to launch to buyers in 2027.
